Rights of way

A landmark case in the high court was won by a land owner who denied access to what some walkers claimed was a public right of way. The case which was lost in the circuit court where many principals of law where ignored was appealed to the high court for a rightful outcome. Now farmers can rest easy knowing their property rights are now being upheld in the highest court in the land.
